    replied to Whose at fault
Many states have what is known as a "boulevard law" which means vehicles traveling straight on a roadway automatically have the right of way, regardless of speed. Many folks have told me "but they were flying" to which I reply "then why would you turn in front of a speeding...

  • Even thought there wasn't admitted usage, just about every agency I know of has a section that deals with purchasing, exchanging or otherwise obtaining illegal drugs. Like others have said, it's a pretty big flag. Even if it wasn't an automatic DQ by agency standards, you are most likely sunk just...

  • Were you disqualified or not hired? BI's do not simply take the word of a bad reference at face value. They, ya know, "investigate" the backgrounds and come up with an overall picture of an applicant. You seem to think that your non-acceptance is all because of these external negative statements...

The best advice I will give you is to get into a Crossfit gym or similar cardio/weight training set up. Weights are good, but functional fitness is the name of the game.

  • I would highly doubt that club members opinions are non-biased when it comes to whether or not their club is beneficial. Heck every frat, club and organization I got letters from in college touted how good and important they were.

As to "helping you," were the officers specific?...

  • And yes, narcotics could be a rejection even after the polygraph test. Depending on what narcotics you admitted use of, they could be a disqualifier for life, such as LSD/Acid, Molly, etc.

  • Marksman is also the lowest level of qualifying score on the Army rifle, pistol, machine gun, etc scoring system. It's like a participation trophy, not something to be proud of.

Also, hand shaking is an issue. Bad guys read body language and like to pounce on the weak or weak appearing....
