Well sometimes depending on when your background is done they still may do it again because they are supposed to update your background every 5 yrs. And maybe not necessarily top security. But so far the ones who I’ve spoken to and haven’t gotten their drug tests yet have been private sector or...

Like Monday 2/27 or the Monday before. I got mine on the 27th.

I could be wrong but I think the people that got their drug tests already have a top security clearance. The preliminary forms probably pushed the ones with a clearance first to move ahead with the drug test part.
