If you dont mind doing your time at the border. Apply to border patrol! They paying 10k bonus for applying with them and the poly its in newark nj or nyc. You can then apply later on for other federal jobs -
If you have your new baby after you EOD. You will be able to take Paternal paid leave!... -

When did you spoke to HR?! When they contacted me for my fitness test, it was my local ICE office and they are just normal EROs so they didn't know anything about the process. Im still pending on my background somehow! I did an eqip on Nov. Im bp and my last background was on Dec 2019 -
I feel your pain. They sitting on my background Investigation! Submit my eqip on Nov! Did my fitness test on Dec 13. I asked whats my status and they told me “ pending background” I did my last background and poly on Dec 19 and Im BP, I have no idea what they need to “ check” lol -
Yea, that's why I am asking him because wow! Lol Every agency is going to have the ups and downs. Border Patrol is amazing but the work balance is not there plus the location where I am sucks for my son who needs special services. -
IroqouisB I have a background and poly from Dec 2019 (BP) and everytime I email ICE about my status. They keep saying “ pending background, working on your clearance” I took my Fitness test on Dec 13 2022. -
If you didn't do push ups, kneeling or step test… you haven't done the fitness test. Keep us update it! -
