BujuB I highly doubt that it's through snail mail. I've been in these forums for a while and have never heard of that. Anyway gets a timeline for future ATF applicants looking for info:


September 2022 - Applied USA Jobs
November 2022 - SAEE
December 2022 - NOR pass SAEE...

Yes it is unfortunate that they cannot come up with a streamline process, but that's probably because everyone's background and medical are different.

I am in this boat with you. I have heard or read that all 3 phases. If passed, carry over. Phase 3 has not started yet, so who knows. If so, then we just sit and wait another 3 months until TOs go out.

If you are under the same announcement, then I don't think they would be sending out TOs until all regions have completed interviews. You're holding us up KC! Haha

Anyone in this announcement still waiting to interview?

Interview complete. Nothing crazy. RAC told me they intend to have those in this announcement in class seats starting in October time frame, barring any hiccups. No ideas on expected results for the interview, but I heard HQ was wanting paperwork completed and sent up by first week of March.

Great info! How was the interview? Standard STAR stuff? Did they say how long until you recieve pass or fail for the interview? DM me if you need.
