Waiting on background and medical. I emailed medical several times and never heard back

I had my background started in December, and the BI had everything submitted the second week of January. Got a call the first or second week of February asking for clarification on a few things and haven't heard anything since.

I did medical in November and I emailed them twice and they said they are waiting FOH to upload the files still. How long does that take? And I started my BI in December and he submitted it and called twice to clarify things and haven't heard back in about a month.
