As a Jitsuka myself, the only to progress is to train on a regular basis. And by training, I'm referring to getting man handled by those Much better than you.

You must learn Defense first, only then can you survive long enough to mount any type of Offense.

As a young applicant, not recalling all moving violations is odd, you must have received Many.

The question doesn't ask if the violation was dropped, reduced, amended,.....etc. The same with arrests, just answer the questions as asked.
