    It seems some retired "cops" who worked in a very anti gun state forget that most of the countries cops don't. Feel free to show me a federal law or state law for the states talked about that prohibits what's been talked about.

  • So, up here most towns/cities require alarms to be registered with the police. The State Police will NOT respond to an unregistered alarm nor will they respond any longer after 3 false alarms. The town I live in and used to work for allows for 3 responses to false alarms with your yearly registration...

    Yes they would be however the feds are notorious for not prosecuting unless they are violent felons or repeat offenders. Prior to the state law we would seize the firearms, refer to ATF and almost always get no prosecution. The only punishment was the loss of the contraband firearm....

    The same way many states don't require you to be a citizen to be a police officer. In VT there are very few laws regarding firearms... In fact up until a couple years ago there was no state law prohibiting felons from having firearms and even now there are still some felons who are NOT prohibited by...

    I can't answer for Florida but in both NH and VT anyone can carry concealed without a permit. NH does still issue permits if someone wants one and they DO issue to Canadians.
