    You have admitted to committing felonies. POST has guidelines for hiring of peace officers in the state of California. It is a failure to have committed and or been convicted of a felony, whether or not you were caught and went to court over it. So you will definitely fail a background.

    First off, nothing in TN is gonna be competitive with your CA pay/pension. Why don't you just finish your career in CA and max out your CALPERS pension, then transfer to TN? You got 20 years right? You should be pretty close.
