  • I agree with L-1 about the cause could be poor road design.... but if a driver cannot stay in their lane, it is their responsibility to drive a speed that they CAN stay in their lane. As an example, just because a roadway is marked 50mph it does not mean it is safe to do so. A driver of any vehicle...

  • Tickets tickets tickets. Before I retired, I worked a heavy industrial area that had big rigs running in and out of the many chemical plants and refineries. For whatever reason they could dream up, the truckers tried to intimidate other vehicles to get out of their way, mainly because they were important...

  • In Texas the Capital is Austin and not even close to being the largest city.
    Same thing with Missouri. Jefferson City, the Capital, is quite small compared to some other cities in the state....

  • Just another example in our country that shows the wealthy are exempt from law. Even if your bank account is minimal, a rich friend can make one call and the case goes away. We are seeing it over and over and it makes me sick that the almighty dollar is ruling everything....

    During a recent discussion about patrol units from the past, I related that the Crown Vic or LTD II were great for transporting big fat prisoners and the air conditioning was really cold. That's about all the good stuff I could remember!
