My college wasn't on there, I guess they didn't want other schools to feel inferior. Be prepared to be amazed!!

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we might as well dance.

All I can say is "ROLL TIDE" we are #8 on the list of stadiums... Of course when they added onto the stadium a few years ago they took out several sorority houses on campus.

YUP! Now the Biggest FB stadium in the country (after Michigan's lawsuit issue - scroll down). Oh, and yes, that's a bigger capacity THAN any of the PRO stadiums. And yes, folks, it is filled completely full for every home game.

                  Hail to the Lion!

                  WE ARE...... PENN STATE!

We may be listed as #7,BUT,that only includes actual seats.NOW,if you add in the standers, and the ones still passed out,I mean still waiting in the parking lot,on game day we probably have 150 thousand or so.
Sleeping Giant. They're not fat and happy anymore. They are hungry and increasingly angry. That is not a good recipe for a "Puppies and Rainbows America".

Sorry PSU fans. By 2010 "The Big House" will once again regain it's rightful place as the largest stadium in the country. You had to have known this was coming. When construcion of the new addition is complete it will seat over 108,000.

its not about how much it COULD fit. It is about selling out every game every season, tickets for games versus non-ranked teams being scalped for $750-$1000. and this poll does not count the drones of people outside tailgating that do not have tickets. If all the above were factored in LSU Death Valley would be #1. What other stadium has caused such a tremble in the earth that it was measured as an earthquake.

Tiger Stadium was the site of the legendary "Earthquake Game" against Auburn in 1988. LSU won the game, 7-6, when quarterback Tommy Hodson completed a game-winning touchdown pass to running back Eddie Fuller in the waning seconds of the game. The crowd reaction registered as a legitimate earthquake on the seismographs in the LSU Geology Department.
