Last night I stayed up waaaaaaaay too late watching my beloved Cowboys get their hat handed to 'em by San Diego. My only consolation was that there were glimpses of hope interspersed with the rest6 of the crap on the field.
The starters (Romo and company) were lookin dang good! Solid drives and points to boot! Romo hasn't lost a step from last year, and Marion the Barbarion is in mid season form already. My boy, Jason Whitten is still catchin' and runnin' like a wildman too.
#1 pick, Felix Jones, is all he was billed to be. Looking VERY promising!
The 4th round pick at RB, CHOICE, was a surprise bonus. Looked like a very solid back-up player.
The bad news is that we still have Brad Johnson as the #2 guy at QB. THAT scares the crap outta me! Anybody see where he left his wheelchair? We better get a good backup or we are in trouble if Romo goes down.
