It will pass....but in the mean time so much for the to do list.
This profession is not for people looking for positive reinforcement from the public. Very often it can be a thankless job and you can't desire accolades, because those are not usually forthcoming. Just do your job to the best of your ability and live with the decisions you've made.Comment

I'm procrastinating. I'm using this as excuse to stay inside instead of finishing repairing my deck. it's way too hot for me it's 93. It is called a hobble. It keeps the goats from stomping in the milk or on your wrist (for hand milking) or knocking the things off the teats.

Nope. We would have to drive 80 miles one way to get to the nearest 7-11.
If you are asking about grocery stores, they are 10 miles away one way. But, Bethany is allergic to homogenized cow milk. Also, I don't remember the last time I went grocery shopping. Between the meat from the chickens, turkeys and goats, milk from the goats, eggs from the hens, garden, CSA, and bulk order group for my wheat and oats, I rarely buy from the grocery store.
Oil, coffee, tea, sugar, and chocolate are the only things I still buy and those I get from a local restaurant supply place because I need bulk oil for my soaps.http://hoppeshomestead.blogspot.com/

These are Early Indiana Apples. I make apple pie filling with these and in the fall I use Granny Smith for the same.
I use Johnathan, Red Delicious, and MacIntosh for applesauce, apple butter, and apple syrup.
