They used to have a program in KCMO. The catch was it only applied to inner city homes and you had to stay a minimum time so you couldn't roll it over quickly.

We have one around here called Homes for Heroes.

Does anybody know of anyone who offers special mortgage rates for police officers? The only one I know of is through our FOP and it doesn't sound too much better than a regular rate. My real estate agent said she has never heard of any of them.
