Samsung First Responders Store

Has anybody here used the Samsung First Responder Store? The CNET article is what got my attention. I have given some thought to getting a new Samsung smartphone. When I tried it about a week ago, it gave me $50 off a phone with a MSRP of $499.99. I didn't order it at that time. Now, when I try, it doesn't give me anything off the phone I want. It looks like the deal is good through June 30, 2020.
