PHP MySQL Programmer needed

I just bought a domain name, and need help installing the Vbulletin. I've tried working with the intensive readme that comes with it, but I think I am having server problems.

The fourms are already installed, just having a hard time figureing out why i cant get to the /forums/install/install.php portion of it.

sounds like a permissions issue. CHMOD the file and change it to all access. then change it again when your done.
