The story that inspired the pic:

Police officer Audun Storvik and a collegue, who both normally ride big motorbikes, were called out after a person had been threatening emergency workers. After a bit of searching, the two police officers spotted the man, left their motorbikes and started running after him. Now, running in full motorcycle police gear - winter jacket, helmet, boots and all - is pretty hard. That is at least Storvik's excuse. His collegue had better stamina, but Storvik was close to collapse when he spotted a woman with a bike (pedal type). Storvik promptly requisitioned the lady's bike, and started cycling to the best of his ability to catch up with the running man.

What else could the fugitive do than stop and give up, seeing two big police officers chasing him, one on a woman's bike in full motorcycle gear? Storvik denies all stories that they caught the man because he broke down laughing, but admits he was all smiles when apprehended. His collegues will never let him forget this.
