    The city of Chicago started a 311 information line for bogus calls. I don't think the people have figured out 311 yet & still dial 911.

      It's not too common from what I understand, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was a daily occurance.

        Sure, Iam all for the CYA in dispatching and on the streets but really what I was getting at is the LOSERS who actually call in this complete and utter waste of everyone time. Just look at what that A-hole caller made me do by posting it here
