  • Guys, pick one, help me out! :)

If you could pick one, which one would you want from your wife or gf as an anniversary gift?

    1) A flat panel computer monitor
    2) An all-in-one printer/scanner/copier
    3) A samurai sword, or some other kind of sword, knife or blade
    4) A car emergency kit
    5) A WWII DVD box set, or the Godfather DVD box set

Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

          You guys arn't helping me!

Ok, how bout this...would you guys rather have something practical (i.e. printer) or something "cool" (i.e. sword)?

Now do you really want your wife to buy you a sword that would be kept in your house on a day that you may reallly **** her off? I would go with practical if I were you. I think there are less stitches with a printer than a sword.

              With the printer comes fractures.......
You better be buying her something that she will want like jewelry, spa packages, or anything else to pamper her.

DVDs - Band of Brothers box set. If he hasn't seen it great. If he has, even better.

Gotta agree here. The list of things you suggest I just cant agree with. You need to pamper her and show her she is really appreciated. Hopefully you understand what I'm trying to say here; buy her something that you can't enjoy. Get her something that only SHE can enjoy and that she will really appreciate. Like That Guy said, you need to pamper her and show that she is truely appreciated.

                        Just my 4 cents.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses....Hit it!

After reading all the replies, I'm not sure what the original post was asking. I'm going by what I got from the question, and I would like the flat panel computer monitor from my gf/wife. I picked that from that list, not my own list. If it were me I'd like something for my Jeep, but that wasn't a choice.....
