You people (some of which I have no idea where you are) who have less than 60% humidity can eat my shorts. It ain't the hot or cold that sucks the air out of your lungs, its all in the humidity.

I've been in 105 heat in Arizona, (I'm guessing 115 is more of the same, just worse) I've been in 90 heat in New York, and it Ain't the HEAt, its the HUMIDITY.

The Arizona heat dries off of you as soon as sweat come out of you, so yeah, your hot and the pavement wants to melt through your shoes, but unless you've been directing traffic for 20 minutes in humidity that has the sweat that can't exit through your vest running down between the cheeks of your butt, you don't know what real misery is.

Fortunately, I don't have to do that no more.

My guage has been reading +,- 82% outside, 38% inside for several days now. This is truly the only place that I have ever lived that we had 100% humidity and it was not raining or fog outside. A paperbag sitting outside for 20 minutes will come apart at the seams.

Yeah, its mizzable, but August is going to be worse.
Do you realize that in about 40 years, we'll have thousands of old ladies running around with tattoos?

Its horrible here. This has been one of the worst weeks ever as far as heat and humidity. I cant even breathe while outside, and neither can my dog! But, i dont like summer anyway. Not in Jersey...

I had to edit my post to add: at 4:18AM, its 80 degrees, with 95% humidity. HORRIFIC...

After seven months of winter there is NO way I will bitch about the heat and humidity. Bring it on for another three weeks until it starts snowing again.
The only thing we have to fear is change itself.

I couldn't agree more about humidity.

That's part of the reason I could see myself moving to Arizona someday. I love that dry heat, and there's something about the smell of the desert down there, I just love it.

Due to my work schedule, I don't see a lot of daylight here. It's nice at night, 50-60 degrees, but it is still muggy so I generally have the windows up and the A/C on. It's set pretty low, but still helps in keeping the inside of the car more comfortable.

I love Tacoma, WA. My aunt lives in Tacome and I went to visit her some years ago. I absolutely love your water. The faucet water is so damn delicious.

No! I love the water there. Try drinking the faucet water here in Maryland, you'd die. Your water tastes like spring water.

Why? You don't agree or something?

Haha, sorry I do. I guess I just don't know how good I have it. I've never tried Maryland tap water.

I just hate tap water, period. I drink it when I have to, and it's tolerable if it's really really cold, but not a big fan of it.

I'll FedEx you a few jugs.

My house has A/C but who needs it a block from the beach? Was cruising the coast highway a bit ago, windows down, surf CD on, 68 degrees. Not to run it in or anything.

Well, last time I remember, my house has A/C also, but my husband keeps turning it off, saying that we pay too much for electricity.

I hear you there, Stan. Being a 10 minute drive from Pismo Beach, I have it made.

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I'm gettin' to kinda like the feel of my polyester uniform pants sticking in every crack and crevice on my body! This is some miserable weather for an old, fat, white guy like me!
