I work as a LEO in Missouri and the MSHP guys are awesome to work with as well.
Not sure about GA any more, but MO guys are underpaid and over worked. Very professional and have decent equiptment to work with.

Have been stopped by (years ago) and have worked with GSP Troopers and I've found them to be very professional good bunch of folks...But don't think about runnin from them
