Documentary style movie

I am pretty sure I wasn't dreaming when I saw or read about this, but do recall seeing plans to release a documentary style police movie, about Line of Duty Deaths, maybe featuring real police.

Does anyone know any more on this, if the movie was actually released, or not, and if so, what was it called??
