  • Bring your kid to work day

I'm at my dads rather large place of work here... I couldn't ever work in an office. Boring as he11 here, I might find a small meeting room with a projector to hook my laptop up to and play games or something on though. Good thing is, I don't go to school today, so it's a learning experience wink wink.

I'm running a large scenario where my students are wandering around in a village in the middle east. There are 25 ME roleplayers acting like merchants and townsfolk. M-11 Jr (4yo) is walking around trying to sell the students DVD's that have titles like CocoonII, Gigli, and Eagle Eye.

He's got about $4 from what I see, and he still has all his DVD's.

      Hell of a businessman.

That's funnier then the muslim guy from 2 desks over convincing his family on the phone telling them he's going to the royal wedding and flying out as a "rich english businessman on the company plane." It might be a you had to be here but I was laughing pretty hysterically.

My dad worked in an office. Nothing exciting, but the food on the table and the house we lived in were a result of that job. When you get older, you'll understand and respect that people want to support their families, even if it means taking a boring as he11 job.

Taylor you could have come to my work and told them you are my son. I could have taught you proper baton technique, front sight picture, proper trigger press, and of course after all of that, the importance of being able to write a good report.
