Ok, ok... maybe some of lack of enthusiasm for this post is because you all see through my lies... my play list actually only consists of Superwoman by Alica Keys, played on repeat... whew, feels good to get that off my chest.

A Veteran is someone who at one point in their life wrote a blank check made payable to The United States of America, for an amount up to, and including their life. That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today, who no longer understand that fact!

State, try and find out what your avatar is listening to... although whatever it is, I don't think I could handle it.

I've got two different playlists I'll listen too while running. 1st one is a bunch of Radiohead and the 2nd is Massive Attack. I'll occasionally listen to Daft Punk as well. I like my music to either have a good beat or be relaxing, it helps take my mind off what I'm doing and lets me run a bit longer or harder.

                              Best running music ever.

For me, currently, I've been listening to Dark Tranquillity (melodic death metal band from Sweden) while running and at the gym. Basically anything fast, heavy will get the job done though.
