    I had a craving for meatloaf tonight. I didn’t feel like waiting for an hour+ while the oven preheated and the meatloaf to cook, let alone heat up the place.

    So…here is what I did. Mix it up like you traditionally do. In my case, instead of onions, I used onion powder. Again, speed is key. Once the ingredients are mixed, form it into a giant ball. Plug in your handy dandy George Forman. Toss the ball on. Push the cover down to disperse the meat evenly. Cook it until the internal temp reaches 160 degrees

    10-13 mins later, instant meatloaf!

    Just put in the Bat out of hell cd, it is quicker that way.

          I have always used Lipton Onion Soup mix for flavor, mix 3lb of ground beef, 1lb pork sausage, eggs, bread crumbs and wet bread, and 1 box (2 packages) of the Onion soup mix ,bake. Now my mom only likes it when I make it for her.
