I need help with a couple of serial killers.

I am researching a couple of questions and can't find the information I need. It is for some extra credit in a college class I am in. The first question is. Which Texas Ranger is credited with apprehending Kenneth Mcduff? The second question is. Who is the only serial killer in the history of the U.S. to have his picture taken with the President? I don't care so much about the credit now I have been researching this for about two weeks and can't find it. Could some shed some light on this please?

Supposedly, John Wayne Gacy painted a picture that was signed by several baseball players and President Nixon. Don't of any who were in a picture with a serial killer.

The answer to which Ranger is credited would be none from what I can tell.

By now, McDuff was out of Texas. He never revealed how he was able to get a new car and fake ID, but he was then in Kansas City, Missouri, working as a garbage collector. Texas Rangers and US Marshals began hunting him in earnest after Melissa Northrup's body was found, and on May 1, 1992, he was profiled on "Americ's Most Wanted." Just a day later, a co-worker contacted police to say he knew where the fugitive was. The garbage truck was pulled over during its regular run and McDuff thus became AMW's 208th successful capture.

Rosalyn Carter had her picture taken with John Wayne Gacey while he was a precinct captain for the DNC, but I don't know of any other serial killer that had their picture taken with a president.
