My wife is Mexican......So sesos (brains), lengua (tounge), and menudo (tripe and hominey soup) are regulars around the house. I really don't care for the brains or tounge, but I do like menudo.

Oysters on the half shell, yummmmmmmmmmmm. A squeeze of lemon, a taste of horseradish, and slurrrrrrrrrrp

Menudo! Si, como no! My wife absolutely abhors my consuming it.

                None!

I went to dinner with a couple coworkers the other night and they both had menudo. I was very happy neither of them asked if I wanted to try it.

Had tripe before....but it was inside Pho with other more normal meats....so it just tasted like chewy meat

I have never 'experienced' the taste of those meats before. I'm not going out of my way to do so either!

I've probably eaten more exotic things than I know about, I spent some time in Russia. There's no telling what was in those roadside hot dogs, the kabobs in the restaurants, etc... lol.

                            Oh well! cheers!
