    Grandma's sick, not sure what's wrong. Sounds like it could be her appendix but no idea yet as the squad hasn't arrived yet. Prayers and good wishes would be appreciated.

                    Sudden high fever, and/or doubled over with abdominal pain, get her to the hospital. I hope it's nothing worse than appendicitis. May God please bless you and yours.
