Any Advice before Starting Academy?

Hope this post finds everybody well.
I will be starting academy in less than 2 months, and just want to know if there is any preparation I could do to benefit the academy process. Any advice?

Remember that you have TWO ears, TWO eyes and only ONE mouth.

LISTEN and OBSERVE at least twice as much as you flap your lips.

Once that's done, run more,.......

Basic athleticism is what they're looking for, sit ups, push ups, and RUN time. Run time usually seems to be the most important, as guys that can run usually have no problems with the other two.
