  • Quick Question about Forms

    Hello,

I am currently filling out the paperwork for my academy and I notice 3 or 4 of my forms require a witness.

Can anyone witness me filling these out or does it have to be someone in particular? Does it exclude family?

    Thanks!

Typically any adult can witness a form. Some may require a state or government person, or a notary. They have to witness it in your presence.

    (Judges, Masters, Justices, Notaries, etc)
The sheep generally do not like the sheepdog. He looks a lot like the wolf. He has fangs and the capacity for violence. The difference, though, is that the sheepdog must not, cannot and will not ever harm the sheep. Any sheepdog who intentionally harms the lowliest little lamb will be punished and removed.

    I Am the Sheepdog.

The easiest way would be to take it to a Notary. If you have a bank account, they usually have one hanging around in the bank somewhere.

Probably the best idea. Hard to argue against their awesome notary stamp.
