  • Now the $$$ is being spent.

First thank you to all who have given advice to myself (and others). Including, but not limited to IOWA and cccsd. This forum has given me some great insight into the world of being a LEO.

I am currently in the process of buying a all my Duty Gear. For the record we must have basket weave. Everything I have and/or buying will have covered snaps.

The belt is one big item I have yet to buy. I am looking at buckle-less belts... Any suggestions?

I have a buckle less, It is good looking but thats it. I have to shift my whole set up except my gun around to get the belt on and off. Buckled belts that our division had given in the past only had to move the mag pouch to take it off or put on.

^This was recommended by a good friend (highly respected as well). I like their buckle-less belts, but the turn around time is too long for my situation.

Why do you have to shift so much gear? Too big of a belt or just manufactured style?
