    Anyone have any tips on improving time with the Illinois Agility Run? Obviously, doing it... but what other complementary workouts are there?

    If you are looking for a good workout program, look into crossfit. You can benefit any type of training/nutrition regimen with crossfit when you do it properly.

    Edit: If possible, try to find out what type of surface you will be running the test on and be sure to wear proper footwear.

      Sprints. Either do sprints with rests, or even better, do some light jogging and then periodically sprint for 20-30sec. This will build endurance and reduce time on run.
