  • Cooper Standard Chart

    Hello,

    I was wondering if anyone has a link to the Cooper Standard Fitness chart I could get to train with. I did a google search and was unable to find what I was looking for. My department requires that we do Sit Ups, Push Ups, 300m Run, Bench Press, and 1.5 Mile, and we must have at least a 60% overall average.

    2007 version, which I think is most current... not positive though. Make sure it's the same version your agency uses.
