Anyone out there have any info on this academy? I'm retired LE and have received a conditional offer from Groton subase. Wondering what the nine weeks in Little Creek is like.

Basically everything you learned as a cop they will want you to forget so that you can be trained the navy way!

Also it is not a police academy and you will not be credential as such. Its a naval security force academy.

I was stationed on the base for a few years. No idea what the academy is like there, but at least the area is nice. Of all the bases out there though, if you can work on that one, that's the way to go.
