    "accident" you have to be kidding me, no such thing as an accidental discharge when the gun is in hand. The Sheriff ought to get up to speed, it's called "negligence". I know of two cases in which completely holstered guns discharged without being touched by human hands...that is an "accident".

      I agree - accidents like that should not be happening. I can't even fathom how it happened but I know the way I was trained at my academy, there was no room for accidents!
