If anyone here is local and hasn't heard about arrangements:

There is a viewing on Monday, 1700HRS-2100HRS, at Rock Church (640 Kempsville Road, Virginia Beach, VA, 23464).

There is a memorial service on Tuesday at 1300HRS, at Rock Church, after which the procession will proceed to Rosewood Memorial Park (631 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA, 23462).

There will also be a fund-raiser to benefit Det. Phillips' wife and children on Friday at 1900HRS at Murphy's Grand Irish Pub (30th Street and Pacific Ave).
