Good luck with finishing up the hiring process. The job is alot of fun.

Be patient; SWAT is not something given freely...you earn it. Like they say in the movie, either your SWAT or your NOT.

As for SWAT ......... take your time, there's no rush for it.
Enjoy your career and make a good name for yourself prior to applying for SWAT.
Then when you (and your supervisors) feel the time is right for you go for it.
