    Hello from Saint Charles Missouri!

    My name is Lee Scott, known on here as handcuffman. I live in suburban Saint
    Louis and I am not a police officer but I am a law enforcement buff who
    admires and respects our men and women in blue. I am a huge fan of Jack
    Webb's police drama Adam-12(NBC 1968-75).
