Greetings from Big Orange Country!

My name is Jacob, I'm 24 years old and ready to go where the Good Lord calls me. I'll be graduating with a BFA in 30 days, and plan on pursuing a career in LE. I'm currently working for the University of Tennessee Police Department as a Campus Protection Specialist. Hoping to start an academy at some point soon after I graduate from UT.

So far, I have applied to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Metro Nasvhille Police, USSS Uniform Division, and the US Federal Air Marshal Service. On the eligible list for Thp, hoping the 2011 budget will allow a new Spring cadet class... and just received my letter from MNPD to take the written and agility exam on April 29.

I'd think a smart person would see my last name "Northman" and also that my avatar is a Viking... and possibly consider that maybe "Hallå" isn't an Alien language, but in fact one from Earth! Lets see, if I had all these blues clues... I'd probably try and see if "Hallå" was Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Icelandic before I try to phone-home to ET for a translation or start making fun of it.

I don't appreciate you poking fun at the Swedish language or your stereotypical comment regarding "experimental marijuana use"..... Way to greet someone new to the site with a warm welcome.
