Hello from Republic of Ireland

I am a police officer stationed in the south-east of Ireland. Trying to bring myself into the technology age by joining this forum!!!! I have been finding it difficult to get good quality (and reasonably priced!!) police equipment ie. boots/kevlar gloves etc from the uk/mainland europe. Nothing is available in ireland - anybody know US based websites that ship to Ireland?
