Good Evening ( or whatever the case may be),
I just wanted to say hello, and this forum has been a great help as I just got "the call" to attend FLETC Oct 26th for CITP, and SATP (ICESAT?). It's been 3 years since I applied. I was in Education, but this has always been something I've wanted to do. It took a friend of mine whose an ICE agent convinced me to try and I passed all the requirements. I am very excited to begin this new career, however I will also be away from my family for a long time. I was stationed in Des Moine, IA, and my wife and 2 boys are staying in Michigan. It will be a tough road, but it will be worth it if I can transfer back to Detroit some day. Again, thanks to all of you with the good advice, and I look forward to working with you if I ever get the chance.
