New Military Law Enforcer
Hello fellow Officer.com members,
My name is dennis and I am an AF Security Policeman stationed in the Greater Los Angeles Area. I have been watching, reading and learning on officer.com for a while and finally decided to join up. I have been involved in militray law enforcement for almost twenty years and was a Law Enfocrement Explorer prior to the AF.
My interests include Patch Collecting (getting harder with the AF doing away with individual squadron patches for non-flyers), emergency vehicle lighting (love the blinkies, guess I am still a kid at heart) and my family (wife and four kids). I mostly am here when I am at work, between projects.
My duty/work related interests are: training (never too old to learn) Bicycle Patrol Teams (trying to get back into shape after a bicycle accident...), Emergency Management, Emergency Services (SWAT,SRT,EST,TRT, or what ever your agency calls it), and Anti-Terrorism. I have varied interests depending on my OCD at the time
. I am looking forward to meeting with other law enforcement officers and other current and former military guys and gals on here.
