    Hello from Nova Scotia

    Hi! I just joined the forums after being a regular reader for quite some time.

    I'm a B.Comm student in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I took the RCMP exam earlier this month, and now I'm just waiting for the results! I've always wanted to join the RCMP and get into LE. I'm also excited I found this forum with similar people!

          Good luck and best wishes -- Nova Scotia is a nice part of the world -- I am reminded of Rita MacNeil -- a great singer and my favourite would be 'Working Man'.

              Welcome aboard. I have only seen pictures of Nova Scotia, but it looks beautiful. One of these years I will make it there for a visit.

                  Welcome aboard, eh. I trust Nova Scotia looks better than where Uncle Sam sent me for a military tour; isolated Labrador. Dirt roads in the middle of nowhere. Surrounded with tall trees, bitter cold, lots of snow, little darkness and hardly any local people. Good luck with your RCMP results and pray you don't get stationed up there.

                          CPD7297, Thankfully NS is not barren at all. Labrador scares me, a little too up north for me. See any Northern Lights?

                          I'm not Rita's biggest fan, but she always does a nice New Years special here. Has her own museum too.

                          Also, Munlaw, good to see a fellow Canadian!
