Hello, I am a new member from San Angelo PD. I am a Sgt. with 15 years experience. I started reading the stories on this website because I have been placed in the unique position of Internal Affairs. I am also a member of our departments SWAT team (part time team). We have 160 officers (20 short), and I am a one man unit. If anybody has any advice on taking on this position, please let me know.
