Formatting issues/changes to the web site?

I'm not good with technology, but I'm noticing a change in formatting on the web site today, and a couple of weeks ago, I noticed a change also. I don't know if I hit the wrong button on my phone, or if there's a setting I need to change, but it's a lot harder to use now.

Any ideas?

Yesterday, I first noticed that everything was a different color and each post was not outlined as it used to be. The biggest issue for me was all the posts and replies were in a foreign language......which made me think my computer had been hacked in some way.........but it was only this website.

Hopefully, someone will put the fix on it.
