NOPD Contact Info????

Does anyone know of any contact information for NOPD - My buddy is LEO down there - outmanned and outgunned I might add - and he told me to get down there. I want to go and help if only to let him know that someone has his back.

I thought there was a 1-800 number somewhere around here, but I can't find it.

Any assistance is appreciated.
