Oc Spray Training

Does anyone know the truth about oc spray training

I know the prefered method is that you take a "hit" but is this a requirement for most training methods?
Ive heard several rumors about osha having some regs on Oc Spray

I hear many places want you to function with the oc in your face. Hold off a gun grab, punch a bag for a minute, etc.

A 'hit' sucks....They give ya a beating.
