Winchester, VA, huh? Wouldn't it be fitting if the shotgun AND ammo were both Winchester?

This guy definitely got what he deserved.

Kind of like those bottom feeders that shoot themselves cleaning guns.

I still haven't fugured out how to clean a gun without unloading it first!!!

    Sheeesshhh...........

And he deserved what he got too!

Sympathy? Yeah, maybe, or not. This is one that might just fall under "routine thinning of the gene pool."

Man Fatally Shot While Beating Dog With Shotgun
Weapon Must Have Discharged As Man Beat His Shar-Pei According To Police

    POSTED: 12:19 p.m. EST January 24, 2003
    UPDATED: 12:37 p.m. EST January 24, 2003

WINCHESTER, Va. -- A man was shot fatally while trying to beat his dog to death with a shotgun, Winchester police said.

Police say the man called his wife at work Thursday and told her that their dog had bitten him and he intended to kill it.

Police went to the home and found Raymond Poore Jr. covered with dog bites and suffering from a shotgun wound to his abdomen. He died later at Winchester Medical Center.

Police say the shotgun must have gone off while Poore was using it to beat the 30-pound Shar-Pei. The stock of the weapon was broken and there appeared to be blood and dog hair on it.

A Winchester animal control officer took custody of the dog. There's no word on how badly it was injured.
