Looking for East Tennessee LEO's

I am looking for East Tennesse LEO's, preferably in Bristol, Knoxville, Chattanooga or any midsize department including SO's.

We are considering moving back to East Tenn and would like to talk with anyone who is from the above departments.

I would much prefer to go back and forth by email.
