  • Any COIN collectors here?

I have a set of $1, $2.5, $5, $10 and $20 GOLD pieces(Liberties and 1 Indian...the $1 piece) that I'm interested in appraising(been in the family for approximately 60+ years). Any guess on a ballpark figure so I'd have SOMETHING to go on BEFORE I go into a Coin Shop?

From what I know about coin collecting, they would all rate VG to FINE. Dates are 1900-1907. From looking at Ebay, they could be worth anywhere from $$$$$ to not as much as I thought.

    Any help is appreciated.

You can pick up a book on current estimated coin values at a book store.

My Dad loved to collect coins.

I am collecting those state quarters as I can get them. Doubt if those will be worth much, but it is the novelty of those. The same with some of those coins they don't mint anymore.
