      No, its western civilization...
      Harry S. Truman, (1884-1972)
“Never kick a fresh turd on a hot day.”

      Capt. E.J. Land USMC,
“Just remember – life is hard. But it’s one hell of a lot harder if you’re stupid.

      George Washington, (1732-1799)
"I hope I shall possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain what I consider the most enviable of all titles, the character of an honest man."

Let me ask, how many days off would your department have given you if you posed for a picture like that?

It's their K9 program. If they can't carry guns then they can't have dogs that bite either...

None...once it was determined that the pic was photoshopped. I suspect that was the case here.

It would depend on if the Sheriff recovered from his heart attack or not.............................
Since some people need to be told by notes in crayon .......Don't PM me with without prior permission. If you can't discuss the situation in the open forum ----it must not be that important

I never expected such a remark from someone in Canada, the epitome of politeness, the birthplace of Politenessman and the home of Crest Royale Donuts.

Well, of all the terms he could have used to describe the conduct in question, he chose "pleasuring themselves". Sounds pretty Canadian to me.

My post-retirement / post-access-to-CPIC/ACUPIES Google search skills are either waning, or you made a trip to a Canadian dispensary and are still in a cloud, but I can find NUTHIN' about those donuts, let alone a Great White North connection to that cartoon, but I will accept your attention slavingly!
